What do you specialize in or focus on in mental health treatment?
I am most passionate about working with individuals seeking to gain a better understanding of themselves and what makes their lives the most meaningful. I strive to help my clients uncover what they most want out of life and how they can increase and maintain their sense of life satisfaction. I work to help my clients gain self-awareness, improve their self-esteem, and grow their ability to connect with others. I also enjoy helping my clients recover from the stress and exhaustion of burn-out, learn to care for themselves, and empower them to flourish in a life full of joy and ongoing growth.
What do you do in your free time?
I enjoy spending my free time with friends and family, cooking, reading, paddle-boarding, and enjoying the beautiful South Florida beaches.
