Come join us for an in person, teen only, Adolescent Skill Building Group hosted by our psychologist, Robin Fatovic.

We all experience stress throughout different walks of life, and teens have their own set of difficulties that can be hard adjusting to. But what really is stress? This group helps teens gain self-awareness by understanding what happens in the mind and body when feeling stress or other strong emotions. The focus of this group is to teach different coping skills to use during tough situations or conversations. Those times can be hard, and Counseling Associates of America can help! 

LIMITED AVAILABILITY
5pm – Tuesdays – Ages 12 to 14 – (Begins 4/9/24)
5pm – Wednesdays – Ages 15 to 18 – (Begins 4/10/24)

10 Week Group Session
$50 per hour session (discount available if paid upfront in full)

All payments must be collected 24 hours in advance, no make up sessions or cancellations. If you cannot attend you will still be charged for the group session, it is important for everyone to participate in each session.
