Live Aligned coaching helps clients turn health and business goals into consistent, sustainable action. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and habit-building strategies, clients align daily choices with the life they want to create.

Over the first six weeks, clients identify priorities, overcome obstacles, and develop routines that support energy, well-being, and meaningful progress. Many clients also experience sustainable weight loss as they integrate these habits into everyday life.

What to Expect

Step 1 – Clarify Your Vision

Clients define what a healthy, fulfilling life looks like, including mission, vision, and values.

Step 2 – Focus on What Matters Most

Using worksheets, reflection, and discussion, clients simplify decisions around wellness; nutrition; and personal and business development.

Step 3 – Practice Sustainable Habits

Clients build and track new routines weekly over a 12-week period, addressing challenges and creating habits that support long-term well-being.


When Counselors Refer Clients

Counselors may recommend Live Aligned coaching when clients could benefit from extra structure and support in building healthy daily habits. While therapy explores emotions and patterns, coaching focuses on practical lifestyle changes in nutrition, routines, and overall wellness.

Clients may participate in counseling and Live Aligned coaching during the same period, with each session conducted independently.
