Reggie Wilson is a behavior-change coach and certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience helping individuals integrate health and wellness into their daily lives. He holds degrees in both Nutrition and Medical Sciences and has additional training in Positive Behavior Support, specializing in practical strategies to turn insight into consistent, sustainable action.
Over the course of his career, Reggie has worked closely with business owners, worksites, and individuals seeking to build energy, resilience, and balanced routines. He is the creator of the Live Aligned Method, a structured six-week coaching program that helps clients develop sustainable habits around nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle while aligning their daily choices with their personal and professional goals.
Reggie’s approach focuses on Vision, Focus, and Practice: guiding clients to clarify their priorities, identify the behaviors that matter most, and practice sustainable habits so they feel natural. He is passionate about helping clients move beyond crash diets, inconsistent routines, and burnout, so they can lead the healthy, fulfilling life of their dreams.
