This week we are focusing on OCD/Perfectionism. OCD is Obsession Compulsive Disorder. Once someone is in an OCD cycle, it is difficult to break it. The fears and thoughts cause anxiety, which leads to compulsions to stop the anxiety, giving you temporary relief. Itβs not long after the relief till another obsession occurs, sending you into the cycle again. Practicing understanding and pushing your thoughts away is one of the first steps of recovery.
