What do you specialize in or focus on in mental health treatment?
The cornerstone of mental health treatment is building a therapeutic alliance based on trust and honesty. Using a combination of CBT and person-centered therapies, I focus on the patient as a whole and take a holistic approach. My primary goal is to facilitate insight and self-awareness to address both negative beliefs and cognitive distortions that may be holding someone back. I think it’s always important to have clear goals and a path towards them.
What do you do in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with my family, collecting old films and records, and playing tennis.
